I've spent more than 15 years developing messaging that helps organizations communicate their stories with clarity, credibility, and purpose. My career began in writing, shaping website content, long-form articles, and brand copy across industries.
Over time, I moved deeper into what the messaging behind the writing: positioning decisions, narrative hierarchy, and the structural choices that determine whether messaging feels cohesive or fragmented. That's the work I find most interesting, and it is where I do my best work.
Professional background
As Brand Lead at MaaS, a CodeSM company, I own brand strategy and positioning for a portfolio of 33 active client accounts. That means leading discovery, defining brand voice, building messaging frameworks, and presenting strategy recommendations directly to clients, from initial positioning through execution.
I also refined the brand strategy framework now used as the agency standard across all client engagements, a comprehensive template covering competitive analysis, audience personas, brand identity, messaging architecture, and campaign ideation, refined through real client work.
I've worked with brands across home services, logistics, marketplaces, nonprofits, and B2B environments, supporting more than 200 clients throughout my career.
